Refund policy
Clear rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on Webbranchbase training programs.
Scope
This policy applies to tech analysis training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions booked with Webbranchbase. It does not cover software products, physical merchandise shipping, or marketplace deliveries—we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the confirmed start date of your cohort or session, and whether instructional work or materials preparation has already begun.
Timeframe
- 14 or more days before start: Full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable third-party venue costs we disclose in writing at booking.
- 7 to 13 days before start: 50% refund of fees paid, or you may reschedule once to a later cohort at no extra tuition charge (subject to availability).
- Fewer than 7 days before start: No tuition refund, except where we cancel the session or where Vietnamese consumer rules require otherwise.
Full vs partial refunds
A full refund returns eligible fees paid for the canceled program. A partial refund applies when cancellation falls inside the 7–13 day window or when only part of a multi-day program remains unused after a mutually agreed early exit.
Non-refundable items
- Custom printed workbooks or licensed assessment materials already ordered for your cohort
- Private venue deposits we cannot recover after your late cancellation
- Completed private coaching hours already delivered
Deposits
When a deposit holds your place, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits follow the same timeframe rules above unless your confirmation letter states a different schedule.
Work already started
If preparation for a private or custom cohort has begun (needs interviews, custom case design), we may deduct documented preparation time at the agreed rate before calculating any refund.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation: no tuition refund. We may allow a transfer to a later public cohort at our discretion.
Rescheduling & cancellation by us
If Webbranchbase cancels or moves a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a new date. If you request a reschedule 7 or more days before start, we will move you once without fee when seats exist.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@webbranchbase.click with your booking name, program, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
Refund method
Refunds go back to the account or card used for payment. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio unless that was the original payment method.
